Original print, pencil signed and numbered on ragpaper by the artist. Part of the image is blind embossed. The rest of the image appears to be an etching and aquatint. Aquatint allows the artist to achieve soft gradations of color. It is achieved through etching a plate in acid then wiping it with ink that stays in the etched areas for printing. Numbered 7/150 and signed Sergio Gonzalez-Tornero 73.
Artwork measures 17.75” x 24”
Framed 25.5” x 32”

Has been recently rematted and reframed with acid-free paper and new glass to protect from any further damage.

Sergio Gonzalez-Tornero was born in Santiago, Chile on May 27, 1927. Gonzalez-Tornero's work can be found in numerous collections and museums including: The Museum of Modern Art, The Metropolitan Museum, The Brooklyn Museum, The New York Public Library, The Milwaukee Art Museum, and The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art. 

Good condition. Some imperfections. See photos for some age spots to the print to the word FISH. Has a new acid free mat & new glass to preserve the art & prevent more damage.
