Vintage opaque watercolor painting by French artist Pierre Palué. Palué was born in 1920 in Bordeaux, France, and was known as a painter of portraits, landscapes, city scenes and seascapes. He attended l'Ecole d'art de Valence in 1941. He then traveled to Mirmande to paint with André Lhote, Alexandere Garbell and Gustave Bolin. Palué exhibited his paintings in Paris in 1945, then in 1947 at the Drôme in Chavannes. 

In original vintage condition with scuffs on the wooden mat, painting and frame. Please see photos. I have left this in original condition and the new owner can decide whether repairs are needed.
