Designed with a space age/retro look, this round avocado green chafing dish will be a hit at your Mad Men party.  Produced by the Fire-King division of Anchor Hocking in the 1950's or 1960's. The metal frame holds a 2 quart round casserole dish, with a holder for the warming candle and metal lid. The metal is coated in enamel that is a classic avocado green with gold accents. The flared feet, atomic style handles and sturdy construction make this serving piece the perfect combination of functionality and design! The metal frame measures 6 1/2" tall, not including the lid. The enamel is without any major scratches. The metal legs show some oxidation.  The frame is sturdy, unbent and sits squarely on a flat surface. The glass casserole dish is in good condition without any chips, cracks or scratches. Gorgeous!
